1. What this disclosure covers

This Affiliate Disclosure applies to all content published on onestylishdiva.com ("One Stylish Diva," "the site," "I," "me," or "my"), including blog posts, pages, images, and any linked social media content such as Pinterest pins that lead back to this site.

It is provided in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255), which require creators to clearly disclose any material connection between themselves and the brands or retailers they mention.

2. What an affiliate link is

An affiliate link is a special tracked link to a product or store. When you click it and buy something, the retailer knows you came from One Stylish Diva and may pay me a small commission on that sale.

Affiliate links work just like normal links. You'll land on the retailer's website, shop and check out as usual, and the purchase is entirely between you and that retailer.

3. Amazon Associates

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

One Stylish Diva is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. When you click an Amazon link on this site, Amazon may place a cookie in your browser for a limited time, and any qualifying purchase you make during that window may earn me a commission, even if it isn't the exact product I linked.

4. Other affiliate programs

Besides Amazon, I may join other affiliate programs and networks from time to time. These may include fashion, beauty and lifestyle retailers, brand-direct affiliate programs, and affiliate networks that connect creators with stores.

The same rules apply to every one of them. Any commission comes from the retailer, never from you, and it never changes what I choose to recommend.

Every product, look and idea featured on this blog is chosen because I think it's genuinely useful, beautiful, or a great fit for the style being shown. Earning a commission does not influence my opinions.

• Some products are featured based on research, reviews and style fit rather than personal use. Where it matters, I'll say so.
• Your experience with a product may differ from mine. Always read the retailer's product details, sizing guides and reviews before you buy.

7. How to spot affiliate links

To keep things transparent, posts that contain affiliate links include a short disclosure near the top of the post, before the first affiliate link, such as:

Affiliate links may appear as text links, buttons such as "Shop This Look" or "Shop Now," product images, or product widgets. If you're ever unsure whether a link is an affiliate link, just assume it might be, or ask me.

8. Sponsored posts and gifted items

If I am ever paid by a brand to create content, or receive a product for free in exchange for a feature or review, that post will be clearly labeled as "Sponsored," "In partnership with [Brand]," or "Gifted" at the beginning of the post.

Sponsored or gifted content will always reflect my honest opinion. Brands do not get to approve or change my opinions.

9. Display advertising
